Counselling in Perth

Grounded, practical counselling for those navigating life

Steady support. Clear direction. No theatrics.

Who is this for?

Most people might be functioning “okay” externally
- but internally, things can feel heavy, stressful, or even consuming.

Pressure increasingly builds.

Responsibility overwhelming.

Emotions getting pushed down, even more.

Conversations getting shorter.

Patience gets thinner.

Life is just getting all too hard.

Counselling offers a structured space to slow that down, get the weight off your shoulders, and get back in the drivers seat.

What happens during these sessions?

Sessions are steady and conversational.

There’s no interrogation.

No forced vulnerability.

No pressure to perform insight.

We work at a pace that allows clarity to emerge without overwhelm.

No theatrics.

How I see my role.

My role isn’t to fix you, for in my mind, you are not broken.

My role is to listen without judgement.

To challenge thoughts and beliefs where needed.

To guide when appropriate.

I bring professional training, somatic awareness, lived experience, and unwavering support
but “the healing work” is ultimately yours.

Most people begin with fortnightly sessions for the first couple of months, this allows us to establish rapport and stability, then if required we can start diving deeper and/or extending time between sessions.

There’s no pressure for long-term commitment.

We work at a pace that suits you, and what makes sense for your goals.

*Additionally, Men could opt in to the various Mens’ Work Programs for a cost effective, and community focused, continuation of support and growth.

** In the future, similar programs will be offered for both Men and Women

If you’re ready for steady support, let’s begin.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to take the first step.
